Upon his release from prison, Lehman will be on Sexual Offender probation for 15 years. Due to the nature of the charges, Lehman was also designated a Sexual Offender. During his probation, Lehman will be required to wear an electronic monitor, complete sexual offender counseling, and have no internet access. He was also ordered to have no contact with minors.

The investigation into Lehman was initiated in November of 2015 when Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort contacted Walton County Sheriff’s Office about activity they discovered on Lehman’s work computer. Lehman had been employed by Sandestin as Director of Golf Maintenance. The Sheriff’s office seized Lehman’s computers and found numerous images of child pornography. Lehman admitted to investigators that he looked for and downloaded pictures of child pornography.

Assistant State Attorney Jennifer A. Lieb prosecuted the case.
